I have no laser output but the light on the back is lit up.

The indicator light shows if the laser is receiving power input. If you have no laser line output or it’s weak and the light is on you will need to send the unit in for servicing.

Please indicate what model the laser is. These can be determined by the LED indicator light: Green (R Series), Red (LV Series), Yellow (B Series).

My laser has no or very little output
The laser goes off, and I unplug the unit but it doesn’t stay on. (Have to keep resetting it)
