5 Reasons Why Your Mill Needs These Laser Lines

Reason #1:  Use Lasers That Last

Lumberline Laser was started in 1985 and our founder, Larry Clark, spent years before that installing and repairing sawmill equipment. As a result, our lasers are designed specifically for the needs of your mill.

All of our lasers are rated for 20,000 hours of continuous use. In fact, lasers we manufactured from 2006 to 2016 are starting to come in now for their first servicing, well past the 20,000 hour rating they were sent out with.

Reason #2: Save Time And Keep Re-adjustments To A Minimum

An alignment laser is only as effective as the hardware used to mount it. Mounts that constantly need re-adjustment are a waste of your time and effort.

The bracket we build save you from this by avoiding the pit falls of other, less robust, mounting hardware that rely on ball mount assemblies that are known to drift out of adjustment over time.

Our laser mounts keep your laser line aimed true by using a split clamp design and heavy machined steel and aluminum parts.

One customer after having switched from a ball mount style assembly went so far as to boast that they could kick our brackets and they wouldn’t budge!

Of all the vendors I deal with around this great country of ours, LumberLine Laser ranks at the top of my list for their excellent Customer Service, competitive rebuild programs, great warranty periods and quick turnaround times. I highly recommend this vendor!” — Dwight Rodrigues, Frank Miller Lumber Company

Reason #3:  All Lasers are Serviceable.

In the event that your laser fails you can send it back to us for a full rebuild.

Simply ship the lasers to us and we’ll contact you as soon as we determine the problem.

Once you approve the rebuild, your laser is rebuilt within 24 hours and send back out to you, complete with a new 24 month warranty.

Lumberline Laser has given us many years of excellent lasers, warranty support, and service. It is nice to have a company that always has the parts we need and exceptional service during and after the sale. They make quality lasers and they stand behind them, offering one of the best warranties on the market. I recommend them to anyone needing a great quality laser.” — Melissa Black, Wilson Industrial Electric

Reason #4: 24 Month Warranty for All Lasers

For every laser you purchase from us you’ll be provided with an Industry Leading 24 Month Warranty. There are no exceptions to this.

I am always impressed that when I call Lumberline Laser with a question I get the answer to my question in one phone call. There is never any reason to check something and call back, or leave a message and wait. This sounds incredibly simple, but it is just less common than it ought to be.” — Corey Sheets, Meadows Mills

Reason #5: Talk With People, Not A Machine

At Lumberline Laser, every call or email you place will be answered or returned by one of us.

With all that said. Please contact us using one of the methods below, so we can find the laser line and hardware that best fits your application.
